How it works

  1. Enter your job title. We match it against 968 occupations and thousands of aliases.
  2. See task-level exposure. Every occupation is broken into its real tasks; each task carries a structured exposure value. The score is the weighted aggregate — no AI guesswork in the number.
  3. Get your next move. The most exposed tasks, the most durable ones, and — where the data truly supports it — lower-exposure adjacent roles.

Why task-level analysis matters

Two people with the same title rarely do the same work. A “financial analyst” who mostly builds recurring variance reports faces very different exposure than one who spends the week negotiating with auditors and presenting to the board. Job-title averages hide that difference; tasks reveal it.

Methodology, in one paragraph

Each occupation is decomposed into tasks. Each task carries a structured exposure value (0–100) and a classification — automatable, augmentable, or durable. The occupation score is the share-weighted aggregate of its task exposures; percentile and rank compare it to the full corpus, and bands are corpus quartiles. Scores are deterministic, versioned (jr-v1, data 2026.07.11-r1), and reproducible. Read the full methodology →

Frequently asked questions

Is this the probability I lose my job?
No. This score estimates how exposed the tasks in a role are to current and near-term AI capabilities. It does not predict whether a specific person will lose a job.
Do I need an account?
No. Free scans are anonymous. The paid report needs only the email Stripe collects at checkout, so we can send your secure report link.
Where does the data come from?
From a versioned occupational task corpus derived from public occupational data (O*NET-linked) with structured, per-task exposure values. Every release is checksummed; the methodology page lists what changes between versions.
Does the free scan use AI?
No — free results are precomputed from structured data. AI is used only inside the paid report, to extract tasks from your text and to write the explanation around numbers the application computes.
